• Determining scope of supply for various agencies
• Floating enquiries to various vendors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial comparison of different equipment manufacturers in consultation with customer.
• Preparation of Budget for Power plant project based on various offers received
• Preparation of Project Schedule and Bar Charts
• Detail engineering
• Follow up work/expediting work for timely delivery of all equipment's.
• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan for total execution of the Project. Stage wise Inspection and final Inspection.
• Liasioning with CCOE (Nagpur) for their approval.
• Liasioning with State Electricity Boards / Electrical Inspectors for their approval.

Detail Engineering

• Preparation of P& IDs for total Power plant.
• Preparation of Plant Layout including Engine room and Tankfarm area.
• Designing and Preparation of Fabrication drawings of HFO Bulk storage tanks, HSD Bulk storage tank, HFO Settling tanks, HFO/HSD Day tanks.
• Designing and Preparation of Fabrication drawings of Exhaust Gas Ducting & Chimney.
• Foundation drawings required for Civil work.
• Piping layout & Plot plan for complete plant.
• Bill of materials for Pipes, valves and fittings.
• SLD for complete electrical system of the plant including HT and LV system.
• Cable routing layout
• Cable schedule
• Relay co-ordination
• Earth fault study
